Super tasty treats and reasonably priced! They have dinner and desert options, staff was super cool and chill. Outside and inside seating.

The ice cream tasted good, but I was surprised by how small the kid-size portion was. Compared to other local ice cream shops, the amount served was much smaller than expected and barely filled the cup. I hope portion sizes can be improved or made clearer for customers

We went for lunch, 4 of us. Eggplant parm was very good. Sauce and little too ordinary, but good (like canned tomato sauce). Waitress was fabulous. A small diner like dining room, but comfortable and all the diners were friendly. Like a familiar neighborhood restaurant. I'd go again. Great ice cream.

Frank's is the Best Kept Secret in the Capital District. Every time I have been there, I am Welcomed with a Cheerful "Hello". The waitresses, Maria and Marlena, are ALWAYS Cheerful and Friendly and Especially Attentive to everyone. I have eaten lunch, just soup and various choices from the Dinner Menu, Especially the Daily Specials, EVERYTHING is always Delicious and Hot when it is brought to the table. I am definitely a fan of the Chicken Tortellini Soup, the tortellini is cooked fresh every time it is ordered, so, it doesn't get over cooked and mushy. The owner, Franco, often comes out to talk to the patrons to make sure thinks are to Everyone's liking. And the Ice Cream (soft and hard) is Consistently creamy and delicious. If you haven't gone, you MUST put it on your list of places to go.

Absolutely horrible food. Ordered Rigatoni With Sausage. $25. sign says Authentic made sauces; expected flavor. Got the complete opposite. No flavor no taste no salt no pepper just waterd down sauce that taste like liquid cheese. The sausage was tough and unflavored as well. I even attempted to add salt and pepper and it didnt make a difference. it came with a soup which also was absolutely flavorless. just has vegetables. Extremely disappointing. Service was mid. Maybe this was my mistake going during slow season. Ended up spending $40 for a meal a hot dog and ice cream . Honestly makes me want to dispute this charge. Horrible food and I would of been better off eating at stewarts. Do NOT waste your time or money here.
